About

We slow roast high quality specialty coffees from around the world. We pontificate on coffee production, agriculture, countries of origin, and our surrounding communities. We are heavily involved in community activities, a little in politics and a lot in outdoor adventure. One coffee we roast is Bongo Billy’s Coffees, sourcing organic and fair trade coffees, as well as some we research to ensure that the agricultural practices meet our approval. We will use this blog as a space for our thoughts.
